6 months agoEffi hair salon in Jerusalem is the best hair salon in downtown Jerusalem. Effi is very professional. He did a wonderful haircut and color. I highly recommend him. He is a true professional. He says eats excellent English and he does exactly what the client does.

5 months agoI showed this barber pictures of how the haircuts should look and he did not listen at all. His attitude was insensitive and now we have to go somewhere else to fix up the uneven and unattractive looks. I don’t understand how he has a storefront in Jerusalem.

7 months agoI would give a zero if it were possible, he gave me the worst hair cut ever, like after it I can’t manage my hair at all and I don’t know what to do with it . In addition to that he’s extremely overpriced , I paid 200 for a hair wash and a terrible cut that made it hard for me to manage my hair. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemies .
